Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] (“we”), which runs DimensionYard. By using the site you accept them.

What we are

DimensionYard is an online platform where owners, agents and builders list properties and people contact them. We are an intermediary, not a party to any deal. We don’t own, sell or rent the properties listed. Verify every property, title, approval and price yourself before paying anyone.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your login private. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.

Listing rules

  • List only properties you own or are authorised to market, with true details, prices and photos you have the right to use.
  • RERA: agents must be registered with their state RERA authority. Builders and agents must show the project’s RERA registration number for projects that need it, including under-construction projects. Don’t market unregistered projects that require registration.
  • No duplicate, fake, discriminatory, illegal or misleading listings, and no contact details in photos.
  • Mark listings sold or let out when they are.
  • We may verify, edit, hide or remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Contacting people

Use contact details you get on DimensionYard only to discuss that property. No spam, and no calls from unregistered numbers for promotions. Follow TRAI’s commercial communication rules.

Paid products

  • What they are: Premium and Featured listings, Pro plans, banner ads and lead credits are sold as described on the pricing page.
  • No guarantees: paid products increase visibility or access. They don’t guarantee enquiries, deals or any particular result.
  • Payments and refunds: payments are processed by PayU, and prices include applicable taxes unless stated. If a paid banner is rejected, or a technical fault on our side stops you getting what you paid for, we will refund it. Otherwise payments for products already delivered are not refundable.
  • Banner ads: they must be lawful, truthful and link to a safe website, and project ads must carry the RERA number where required. We review banners before they run.

Wallet, rewards and paid leads

  • Wallet: your DimensionYard wallet holds money you add (“credit”) and rewards you earn (“earnings”). Credit can be used only on DimensionYard and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or refunded to your bank, except where the law requires. Earnings can be spent or withdrawn to a UPI account in your name once out of the hold period.
  • Listing rewards: we pay ₹200 (or the amount shown on the site) for each genuine listing our team verifies, up to 20 a month per person. We decide eligibility. Duplicate, fake, copied, or not-for-sale/rent listings don’t qualify. We may take a reward back, including after withdrawal, by deducting it from your wallet if a listing is later found to be fake or duplicate.
  • Tax: rewards are your income. We may ask for your PAN and deduct tax at source where the law requires.
  • Paid leads: on builder and broker listings, buyers request a call back and the advertiser pays to unlock each lead. Lead prices are shown before you buy. A lead you report within 7 days as a wrong number, not the person who enquired, a duplicate, or spam is refunded to your wallet credit if our check confirms it. We don’t guarantee that any lead will result in a deal.
  • Auto-buy: if you turn on auto-buy for a listing, you authorise us to buy new leads on it from your wallet as they arrive, while your balance allows. You can turn it off at any time.

Content and liability

  • You own what you post and give us a licence to display it on the site and in our promotion of it.
  • To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for listings, deals, or losses between users.
  • Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
