DimensionYard (https://dimensionyard.com/) is run by [Company legal name], [Registered office address] (“we”). We are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

What we collect

  • Account details: mobile number (verified by OTP), name, and optionally email and password.
  • Listings you post: property details, photos, contact name and mobile number, and RERA numbers.
  • Enquiries you send: your name, mobile number and message, and the property you asked about.
  • Agent details: RERA agent registration number and state.
  • Payments: the plan you bought, amount, status and transaction IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by PayU, not us.
  • Technical data: IP address and browser type, kept for security, fraud prevention and as a record of your permissions.

Why we use it

  • To run your account, publish your listings and show enquiries to the advertiser you contacted.
  • To share your details with agents only if you ticked the box asking for it (see below).
  • To process payments, send receipts, prevent fraud and spam, and meet legal obligations such as tax records.

Who we share it with

  • The advertiser you contact: when you send an enquiry, the owner, broker or builder of that listing receives your name, number and message.
  • Verified agents, only with your permission:
    • If you tick “let other verified agents contact me” on an enquiry, or “I’m open to calls from verified agents” on a listing, we may share your name, number and requirement with up to 3 RERA-registered agents.
    • We only do this for 60 days after you agreed.
    • Those agents must accept our agent data-sharing terms: use your details only for your property need, never resell them, and delete them on request.
    • You can see who received your details, and withdraw permission, in Privacy & data.
  • Service providers who process data for us: our hosting provider, PayU (payments), MSG91 (OTP text messages) and email delivery.
  • Authorities when the law requires it.

We do not sell your data to anyone except as described above, with your permission.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiry names, numbers and messages are removed automatically after 180 days.
  • Listings stay until you delete them or your account.
  • Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
  • Records of permissions you gave or withdrew are kept so we can show what you agreed to.

Your rights

  • Access and download your data: Privacy & data → Download my data.
  • Correct your details in your profile or listing.
  • Withdraw permission to share with agents at any time. It is as easy as giving it: one click in Privacy & data.
  • Erase your data by deleting your account in Privacy & data.
  • Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated, by writing to our Grievance Officer.
  • Complain to our Grievance Officer (below). If you’re not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
